The only way to describe the wedding of Paris and Joseph is to categorize it as the only thing worthy: The Event of the Century. When the couple came to us, we knew it was not going to be an easy task. The way they envisioned their wedding was extremely unique, elegant and fun, all rolled into one. What started out as creating a one of a kind wedding invitation blossomed into wedding planning. Working so close with both Joseph and Paris was one of the greatest experiences we have had in event planning. Their extravaganza was nothing short of amazing.

When Tori and George couldn’t meet with us but gave us an idea of what they wanted, it was easy to fill in the blanks. ”Only black and ivory” was the one request Tori had. Ecru Micah paper with black digital printing with pieces to match, layered the inside of the Black Linen Pocketfold. The nude ribbon runs along the entire back of the pocket and bubbles to a loop at the pocket opening. The exquisite brooch detailed with white pearls and Swarovski rhinestones is sure to have people talking!

With a destination set for their big day, the couple came up with an idea for a early RSVP. Letters & Lace put together a tropical ensemble for guests to reply to the event before the invitations were set out. Using images of tropical fish, coral, and flowers, this announcement.

CELEBRITY SIGHTING!!! When Lucy and Maurice called us for an appointment, we sure weren’t expecting such a wonderful surprise. Alessandra Guercio, contestant on American Idol, was an absolute pleasure to work with. With a voice of gold, how could we not design invitations to match!? We started with a Champagnium PocketFold layered with red and gold plumes for an chic and regal feel. While auditions took place in Hollywood, we played on our singers theme with “Allewood” bringing every last detail to life. Alessandra, we wish you all the best!

There is something about an old world romance that breathes a life of its own. That is exactly how we felt when creating the adoring invitation. The bride was specific on her vision, “Eighteenth Century sophistication with a touch of modern style,” we knew exactly where to go with her vision. Adorned in lace, metallic stationary and a small pearl brooch, this invitation screams the Victorian Era.

Designing outside the box has never puzzled The Girls of Letters & Lace. Camile came to us with a very fun approach for her wedding invitations. ”I want them to be fun! I want my guests to know they’re going to have a great time!” With that in mind, we used her colors of sage, brown and gold and created a wonderland of fun. Champagne glasses to toast the future Mr. and Mrs. on the outside of the watercress pocket set the tone for the ensemble. A mounting layer of ecru cardstock with a chocolate border gave the illusion of a double mounting. The multi direction of the event’s information was a hit with our bride!

When Angela sat with us for her engagement invitations, she was full of ideas. Wanting to capture a damask look and a sexy feel, Angela hoped we could capture her vision of true elegance. Letters & Lace can proudly say, “We captured her image perfectly!” With black, white and fuchsia, we created a pocket invitation and chandelier vellum overlay embellished with black crystals to set the tone. From the envelope to the RSVP card, no detail was left out.
