A Sweet 16 built for a queen, or should we say witch? A Sweet 16 was planned to honor Broadway’s hit play Wicked. As guests arrived they were asked, “Are you a good witch or a bad witch?”, in order to find their seating. The room displayed both points of view by the division of characters. Marabou, wands and glitter decorated the birthday girl’s party displaying a wicked good time.
